As a young lawyer I started practicing personal injury law in 1989. I used the law school approach and it didn’t work very well. I saw other lawyers doing the same thing. When we got bad verdicts we blamed the court and the jury. However, I soon realized it was a lack of communication that caused bad results. When I realized this I turned my office upside down and changed the way I practice.
Truth and story are the weapons I use against unfair insurance companies. We all learn best through story and we all can sense when someone is being untruthful. I use focus groups to help guide me so I understand what the jury wants to know about. I use the friendships I develop with my clients to convey the emotional injuries my clients have experienced. We do things differently in this office and I am very proud of that.
We are always looking to help good people with legitimate injuries and we welcome you to call us to see if you would be a good fit with our office.
There were many other successful recoveries during this time as well, Please check our testimonials and results sections.
